Purpose Built Facilities
Monart Equestrian Centre boasts a brand new, purpose-built American barn with 26 loose boxes all with equimat rubber matting, and a 6-horse covered horse walker.
There are two superb all-weather arenas, 25m x 55m indoor and 40m x 60m outdoor, with a full set of show jumps and portable cross-country jumps.
There are two gallops for fitness training, a 4 furlong uphill all-weather surface alongside a full 3km grass gallops.
The cross-country schooling field incorporates a variety of obstacles for training both inexperienced and experienced event horses, and is continually updated to accommodate new challenges. 2009 saw a full cross-country course built, including both portable and permanent obstacles, giving it versatility to continually change. Built around 100 acres of rolling parkland, it now includes a new water complex and lots more.
In 2010 the cross country course has expanded further and we've been delighted to host events for Eventing Ireland, Riding Club, Pony Club and Show Jumping Ireland.
